Home Care Agency Management Staff
Home Care Agencies have several key management positions that need to be filled in order for an Agency to be successful. Some of these positions include Care Managers, Staffing/Scheduling Coordinators, Office Coordinators, and Community Liaisons. AMS is looking for experienced and qualified people to fill these positions as employees of AMS while being assigned to different Agencies. AMS leases its home care management personnel to Home Care Agencies to assist them within their own operational needs.

Domestic Worker/Caregivers
Domestic workers/caregivers provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs to older adults in their own homes. These workers are often referred to as home health aides, certified nursing assistants, direct care workers and caregivers. These in-home workers make it possible for people to remain at home in a safe, comfortable and familiar environment. Domestic workers/caregivers provide a wide range of assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with ambulation or transferring, toileting, feeding and providing medication reminders. In addition, domestic workers/caregivers help with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), such as shopping, meal preparation, making medical appointments, transportation, laundry and companionship.
AMS is looking for domestic workers/caregivers who are interested in becoming Candidates for placement with AMS' Home Care Agency Partners.
