About Us
In the Beginning:
The Founder and President of Arquera Management Services, Inc. Elizabeth Irish, has over 29 years of experience in the non-medical home care industry. She has been and innovator and entrepreneur working in various facets of the industry. Throughout the years of working in the industry she came to realize the importance of good management staff for her home care operations. She has dedicated a large portion of her efforts on recruiting, screening, hiring, and training management personnel for aspects of a non-medical home care operation.
The Growing Years:
Several years ago the company started to offer staffing services for qualified and experienced management personnel to the non-medical home care industry. Currently, AMS staffs several different in-home care operations with AMS employees.
In addition, the company started an HR and payroll service for the non-medical home care industry that has been received well.
Where We're Going:
AMS has created a registry of screened and vetted domestic workers/caregivers that desire to work privately for consumers. AMS has teamed up with key Home Care Agency Partners that will utilize AMS' registry of domestic workers/caregivers for their clientele to hire privately.
